Originally a builder grade bathroom, this Award Winning custom bathroom design provides practical functionality with classic design. A classic matte white subway tile from Daltile provides classic style and serves as the perfect compliment to the encaustic floor tile. The fun floor pattern creates visual interest without taking away from the simplistic nature of the whole space design. A #daltile dark blue hexagon mosaic shower floor tile pairs perfectly with the encaustic tile. Originally built as a double vanity, the client preferred to convert the vanity for a single sink with more storage. The beautiful custom dark blue vanity built by Tharp Cabinets provided us the opportunity to customize the sink location as well as include a salon-style bottom drawer equipped with electrical outlets to accommodate a range of styling needs. To offset the unbalanced nature of a single sink, the sink is situated on the left and a white tower on the right provides extra storage while blending into the background. The mirror and hanging pendants are centered on the vanity to create a visual balance. The use of Kohler's Purist line in Vibrant Brushed Bronze adds warmth to the space and is perfectly paired with matte black metal accents. A double wood shelving unit also provides warmth as well as wonderful texture and completes the look!
